About 30 minutes a week. We use that time to draw out your stories, decisions and opinions. The research, writing and packaging are on us.
Do I approve everything before it's posted?
Yes. Nothing goes live without your explicit approval. You review every piece, add input if you want to, and approve it. We have no authority to post anything on your behalf until you do.
Do you use AI?
Yes, for research. We use AI to research your market in depth and find angles before your competition does. The ideas themselves come from your own stories, opinions and experience, which is what makes the content yours.
How long before I see results?
Recognition compounds over time. In month one we find the signal: positioning, a founder interview, profile direction and the first content system. In month two we make it visible. In month three we learn from the response and double down on what works. Results vary by founder, market, consistency and the quality of the underlying ideas.
